The challenge: A real estate service provider for project owners, master brokers and consumers.

The solution: Identify each service branch with a different color codification.

Due to the fact that Doña Tere provides services to three different audiences, I decided to differentiate these services through a color coding.

Blue: Projects professionalism and trust. This color will be used for communications directed towards project owners.

Green: Communicates money and growth. This color will be used for communications towards Master Brokers.

Red: Represents the passion and closeness with which Mrs. Tere works for the final consumers.
